How It Works?
1. Harvesting & Preparation
- Only fresh, high-quality rose petals (such as Damask Rose, Rosa Centifolia, or Bulgarian Rose) are used.
- The petals are carefully handpicked early in the morning when oil content is at its peak.
2. Steam Distillation Process
- Loading: Rose petals are placed in the distillation chamber.
- Steam Infusion: Pressurized steam is passed through the petals, releasing the aromatic compounds.
- Condensation: The steam containing oil vapors is cooled and condensed into liquid form.
- Separation: The essential oil is separated from the rose water (hydrosol) and collected.
3. Quality Testing & Packaging
- The extracted rose oil undergoes filtration and purity testing.
