How It Works?
- Raw Material Selection & Preparation: Agarwood chips are sourced from infected Aquilaria trees. The wood is cleaned, sorted, and ground into fine particles to maximize oil extraction efficiency.
- Soaking & Fermentation (Optional for Enhanced Yield): The wood powder is soaked in water to initiate microbial fermentation, which breaks down the structure for better oil release.
- Hydro/Steam Distillation Process: The prepared wood is placed in the distillation chamber. Steam or heated water vaporizes the resinous oil, which is then cooled and condensed.
- Separation & Collection: The oil-water mixture is passed through a separator, allowing Oud oil to separate from the hydrosol.
- Filtration & Refining: The extracted Oud oil undergoes further filtration and refining to ensure purity and premium quality.
- Quality Testing & Packaging: The final product is analyzed for purity, aroma complexity, and chemical composition, and then stored in airtight, UV-protected containers.
