The Turmeric Oil Distillation Plant is a state-of-the-art system designed for the efficient extraction of essential oil from turmeric rhizomes (Curcuma longa) using steam or hydro-distillation. Turmeric oil is rich in ar-turmerone, zingiberene, and curcumin-derived volatiles, making it highly valuable in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, food processing, and aromatherapy. The process begins with washing and slicing fresh or dried turmeric rhizomes. The material is then loaded into a stainless-steel distillation vessel, where steam or water is applied to extract volatile compounds. The vapors pass through a condenser where they are cooled into liquid form. The oil is then separated from the hydrosol in a separator, filtered, and stored.
