2. Steam Distillation Process

- The vapor passes through a condenser, where it cools and turns into liquid.
- The condensed liquid separates into two layers – the lavender essential oil (floating on top) and lavender hydrosol (floral water).
- The pure lavender oil is collected, filtered, and stored in airtight containers.
