How It Works?
- Raw Material Collection: Pine sap (oleoresin) is obtained from Pinus species trees by making controlled incisions in the bark. The resin is then collected and purified to remove debris and unwanted particles.
- Steam Distillation Process: High-pressure steam is applied to break down the resin’s structure and release volatile essential oils (turpentine) and resinous compounds (rosin).
- Condensation & Separation: The steam-oil mixture is cooled in a condenser, allowing the pine essential oil (turpentine) to separate from the water, while the remaining resin (rosin) is collected separately.
- Oil Collection & Filtration: The extracted pine essential oil and rosin are filtered and refined for high purity and clarity.
- Quality Testing & Standardization: The final product is analyzed for purity, chemical composition (rich in α-pinene, β-pinene, and other monoterpenes), and fragrance intensity.
- Packaging & Storage: The essential oil and rosin are stored in airtight, UV-protected containers to maintain freshness and longevity.
